Recyclable PE-PE Films

Our 100% Polyethylene (PE) films are fully recyclable and engineered to support high-barrier structures for maximum product integrity. Much like our conventional pouch designs, these recyclable high-barrier films offer superior resistance to water vapor and oxygen while maintaining vibrant, photo-quality graphics. Furthermore, our recyclable film selection is fully compliant with Store Drop-off standards.

PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) Films

Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) films offer a powerful way to support the circular economy. By repurposing materials—such as plastic bottles and milk cartons—after their initial lifecycle, we divert waste from landfills and transform it into premium packaging. This process uses approximately 28% less virgin polymer by replacing it with PCR resins. Implementing PCR films into your Iva Pak packaging can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 15.25%.

Solventless Lamination

Iva Pak utilizes a rapid-drying, environmentally safe lamination process. This solventless method ensures that Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are kept out of your consumer packaged goods, making the process safer for the planet and your customers.

Recyclable & PCR Zippers

Our press-to-close closures are manufactured from recyclable plastics, allowing the entire package to remain Store-Drop off compliant without the need for disassembly. Additionally, we offer child-resistant zippers made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials for brands that require both safety and sustainability.

Industry-Standard Recycling Labels

Our specialized dual-layer recyclable films meet all criteria for the “Store Drop-Off” program. To assist your consumers, we can integrate the #2 Resin ID code and the universal store drop-off symbol to clearly communicate how to properly recycle the packaging.
